  Everything's still packed, this fixer we got is a lot worse/ more involved than we expected. Still coming on the forum to get my SW fix though.

  It would help if we had those budgets lol! Most of our money went into the down payment, with a little bit aside for the "worst". Turned out the "worst" was the most minor issues we came across! We have yet to even stay a night there.... no showers, heat, kitchen etc! Its ok though, we know it's gonna be all good soon.

  The unknowns of renovations. Always a gamble. You will win, just taking longer than expected. In the meantime, enjoy the various builds here. That's what I had to do for a couple years.
