logging operations

does anyone know where i can find info on logging operations? i have never seen a logger railroad but i'm trying to model one (freelanced). sierra west here gave me some info on sawmill ops but i would like more.

Brett suggested I mention this site – good photographs of prototypical logging/ rail equipment from a museum site up here in British Columbia (I say up here because most people on the forum seem to be from Down There or Down Under). Much of the equipment is deliberately unrestored:
